Dr. Arnoldt did a procedure for me and was AMAZING! I was nervous and don’t like the dentist but the process was so quick, painless and easy! I had no swelling after and the entire staff was very kind, I couldn’t believe how quick he finished my teeth and how quickly I healed! I would recommend everyone I know to come here!!

Highly recommend. Everyone at the office is so nice and caring - from reception, to the dental techs, to the doctors. They work with you to develop a plan that’s right for you. I get anxious with dental work, and they are patient and kind and make me feel comfortable. Updating again in 2026 to continue my recommendation. They are the best!

Another Excellent experience. I highly recommend this dental office. Especially Claudia my dental hygienist she has a great personality and clean my teeth so well and it didn’t hurt at all. Also, the lady at the front desk is very kind and nice and of course the Dentist he too was very nice I look forward to going to the dentist now because of family dental at 16 Martin Ave. in White Plains. I actually look forward to going and getting my teeth cleaned and scraped, my mouth feels so good now.

Have a great successful visit with Jessica. I was the first patient of the day and required a lot of assistance. Jessica walked me through the process and what was going on. She was kind and patient with me and ensured I was comfortable. Doctor saw me at the end and made great metaphors to explain what’s going on in my language. I look forward to returning to finish the work that must be done.

I had a difficult situation and I was astonished how kind and truly helpful the staff was. This team is truly amazing, I've honestly never seen a company so advanced and so amazing. I've been in a hospitality business in real-estate most of my adult life working at the highest level. But I never saw such professional customer service and wonderful medical staff beyond anything I would ever have experienced. Thanks God I was lucky enough to find them. I don't usually write reviews but I think it should be said , that if you need a Dentist ,you will never be in better hands and thats a fact. I wanted to say that because I thought it was important to help others. You will not be disappointed.

My very first visit to the dental clinic since arriving to the States on last April … surprisingly what I had experienced was way beyond my expectations .. especially the dental assistance Mrs. Darina was an exceptional icebreaker .. she was able to eliminate my anxiety easily with her charming smiles and friendly talks .. later on I was treated by Dr. C and he also introduced himself by telling his (hard to pronounce and remember) name with a joke … I could instantly assess him as he must be one of the patients’ favourite doctors in the clinic.. lastly but not least the beautiful two young ladies at the front desk also are exceptionally helpful and friendly.., I am truly grateful and satisfied with my experience at White Plains Family Dental Arts .. Thank you so much to all the Doctors and staffs .. May you all be able to keep up your exceptional reputations forever! 🙏🏻
I saw Jessica who was an amazing!!! She took her time to explain each step. I switched hygienist after not having such a great experience the last time and I will say this time around service was 10/10. Keep up the great work Jessica! I will definitely be seeing her again!

Great place for dental work. You get your teeth cleaned and the dentist does an assessment of what needs to be done. They take you step by step through the process. Friendly people and nice environment. Everything you need in one place.
