This facility is very welcoming. The staff is friendly, caring and upmost professional. The office is state of the art equipment and very clean. The doctor is very thorough and give me a range of care plan options. I highly recommend this facility
I have been going to the dentist office for about six years and love it tremendously. Claudia my hygienist is amazing and the office staff Tina and Marilyn are a pleasure to see and have a smile on their faces all while providing great service each time. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Great place for dental work. You get your teeth cleaned and the dentist does an assessment of what needs to be done. They take you step by step through the process. Friendly people and nice environment. Everything you need in one place.

The team here is exceptional. From scheduling, to the warm and professional welcome when you arrive. The receptionist is so sweet and efficient. I have been coming to this site for over 10 years and I must say the team is phenomenal. Claudia the hygienist is top tier. Knowledgeable, personable and so professional.
Very friendly atmosphere. Claudia is sweet which made my visit less tense as I am not fund of dentist's. The Dentist himself is very thorough and honest in his examination and explanation. My daughter is already interested in switching to White Plains Family Dental Arts!!
Love this place! Clean, very professional, and did a great job. Special shout out to Judy. She did a very thorough job. I have never noticed a “before and after” with a dental cleaning before but my teeth truly looked fantastic after she was done. Somehow was very gentle too! Found myself dozing off during my cleaning. Will be returning!
LOVE the vibes of this office! Dr. Cirligeanu and Claudia V. (and other wonderful staff!!) made me feel VERY comfortable during the process. They helped me with mapping out what I would need to do to take my smile to the next level and yes, I'm nervous, but excited to go on this self-care journey.

As great of an experience you can have at a dentist. But they truly care and Dr. C was extremely patient and gentle. Darina made sure to provide me with all the required information and then made sure I knew how important it was to follow the aftercare instructions.

Tina and the rest of staff gives 100% all the time .. I'm always laughing and they make you feel important and comfortable.
Everyone was nice and friendly, since my first step inside I was welcome with two smiling women. The dental cleaning was perfect and the doctor also came to talk at the end. They also have an amazing system to scan and check all your teeth. It is a good price too. totally recommend it.

Everyone here was so nice and friendly, it made going to the dentist way less scary. They also did a great job of explaining to me everything they were doing and gave me some great brushing tips.
OMG!!!!! THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL!!!! I absolutely HATE going to the dentist so I must share my experience at this office. First let me start with my initial call to inquire, the voice on the other end was a sweet, kind. compassionate voice who answered ALL of my questions and set my mind somewhat at ease. So I get to the office the ENTIRE STAFF was like the voice on the phone! Clean and bright I even felt comfortable enough to use the restroom there. CLAUDIA was my hygienist she did scaling two days in a row PAINLESSLY!! Then there was the fateful cavity from a hundred years ago which need to be fixed. So Dr C comes in to do the job he was the same as the staff kind personable and friendly he put my fears to rest warmed up my anesthesia and I FELT NOTHING!!! In two twos I was done and they even comp the parking!!! You can’t go wrong with this family practice!!

As with many people I am not a fan of going to the dentist but it is a necessary part of my routine healthcare. White Plains Family Dental Arts makes it easy and convenient. My hygienist Claudia is fantastic and the Dentists are all thorough and kind. Highly recommend.

Most of my experiences at dental offices have been painful until I was treated by Dr Cirligeneau, he is truly the best Dr I have been treated by. I got Invisalign’s and after every check up I would leave the office with my lips feeling so swollen and my gums in pain. Dr C didn’t even numb me and the whole time I felt zero pain. He treats his patients with the utmost care and compassion. He made me feel very comfortable and every second when I was expecting pain, he would make the experience completely different, zero pain. Him and his team are the best!
So happy I switched! Claudia did a great cleaning, and Dr. C is in the process of replacing a crown. He is very gentle and so far the whole process has been pain free. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for great dental care.
