Dr. Breiman completed his medical training at the New York University School of Medicine in 1975, a prestigious institution known for its rigorous curriculum and comprehensive training in various medical disciplines. Following his graduation, he established his practice in Westchester County, New York, where he has been serving the community for several decades. Dr. Breiman specializes in Dentistry and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, fields in which he has gained extensive expertise and experience. His practice focuses on diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting the oral cavity, facial structures, and jaws. Known for his meticulous approach and commitment to patient care, Dr. Breiman is highly regarded among his patients and peers alike for his surgical skill and dedication to improving his patients’ quality of life through advanced medical practices.

Dr. Cirligeanu earned his DDS from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” in Bucharest, Romania, specializing in prosthodontics and general dentistry through an AEGD program. He furthered his training with a year of research and additional advanced education at the University of Rochester’s Eastman Institute for Oral Health. Now based in Manhattan, Dr. Cirligeanu is known for his holistic approach to dentistry, seeking to ease the fears associated with dental visits.

Beyond dentistry, he is a passionate musician with 12 guitars, keyboards, and a home recording studio, and maintains an active lifestyle. Dr. Cirligeanu values family, with two daughters in medical school, and holds a DMD credential, continually seeking to expand his knowledge and improve patient care.

Claudia Vasquez is a dental hygienist from the Dominican Republic who graduated from Hostos in 2013. Her passion for oral health led her to pursue a career in dentistry, and she is dedicated to changing people’s attitudes toward dental hygiene. Claudia loves turning patients’ oral health around and bringing them to a healthy state while educating them about the importance of maintaining their teeth and gums. Her patients describe her as thorough, gentle, friendly, and educational. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys going to the movies, spending time with her son, and discovering new restaurants. She is known for her honesty and motherly nature with her patients.

Dr. Ali Hedayati is a periodontist and implant specialist based in Briarcliff Manor, NY. He earned his dental degree from NYU College of Dentistry in 1986, and later completed a 1-year general practice residency and 2 years of periodontics specialty training. Dr. Hedayati is a member of the American Academy of Periodontics. He was inspired to become a dentist by his father who was a physician. Dr. Hedayati enjoys interacting with his patients and helping them with their dental needs. Outside of work, he speaks three languages, enjoys skiing, swimming, and hiking. Patients describe him as someone who levels with them and tries to make them comfortable.

An Israeli-born dentist and married with three children, Dr. Markovitch started his training in general and cosmetic dentistry over 20 years ago in Israel. He continued his training in the United States at Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, NY, as well as in countless continuing education courses on the latest advancements in dentistry. Always smiling and happy, Dr. Markovitch believes that informed patients are better prepared to make the right decision regarding their oral health and well-being, so he takes his time to make patients feel welcome and understand what options are available in modern dentistry.
Dr. Shay Markovitch is a certified Invisalign® and Lumineers® provider. Utilizing his skills to create beautiful smiles for his patients is one of his priorities because he believes that a smile is a mirror to the soul. When not performing dentistry, Dr. Markovitch enjoys sports, specifically soccer and basketball; however, he usually prefers to spend his time with his wonderful wife and three children.
