Dr. Chantal Tavarez was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and formally trained as a General Dentist. She graduated from Pontificia Universitaria Catolica Madre y Maestra 2011 with Honor. Dr. Tavarez immigrated to the United States along with her father, mother and little brother in 2011 immediately after graduating in the Dominican Republic to pursue a dentistry career in the USA.
-She attended Columbia University (AEGD program) to obtain her license as a Dentist in the United States in 2017.

She has over 10 years of experience in general restorative, implant restorative and cosmetic dentistry. She continually attends continue education courses in general and cosmetic dentistry.
